We’re a Team: Behind Every Word Stands a Real Person
It all began when Amit Patel and Ravi Sharma first met at a small gambling conference in Mumbai. Over cups of coffee and long conversations, they realised how tiring it had become to use most sites. The casino information was either incomplete or paid for by partners, the advice was shallow, and the bonus slogans often promised a lot but delivered very little. They shared the same vision for what a resource for Indian players should be honest, simple, and genuinely useful. That’s how DesiCasinos was born.

Later, they were joined by Priya Kapoor, who works remotely from Sikkim, one of the few Indian states where gambling is officially legal. Initially, Priya focused on the technical aspects of our project, such as coding development and server/data administration. Later, following the completion of her studies and advanced training, she took on responsibilities for engaging with the press, partners, and readership, helping the team maintain contact with the wider gaming community. As of 2025, her extensive experience in public relations (PR) and journalism enables her to sustain an open dialogue and draw attention to the project across India.
